Hospitality Joinery | Edizi Restaurant & Cafe Fit-Out

We manufactured and installed a high-traffic hospitality fit-out that effortlessly transitions from a busy morning café to an upscale evening dining spot. By managing everything from complex shop drawings to a strict phased installation, we coordinated seamlessly with other trades to hand over the keys right on deadline.

The Brief

Edizi needed a fit-out that could move with the day. To be a daytime café in the morning, an unhurried long-lunch venue at midday, and a destination dinner spot by Friday night. The joinery had to do a lot of work: durable enough for high-traffic hospitality use, but warm and considered enough to feel like somewhere you'd choose to linger. The owners came to Gill Joinery wanting a hospitality joinery partner who could take it from shop drawings through to install, coordinate with the design team and other trades, and deliver to a hard opening date.

Edizi required a versatile fit-out to transition seamlessly across service styles throughout the day. The joinery needed to be durable for high-traffic use while remaining warm and inviting. Gill Joinery was tasked with managing the project from shop drawings to installation, coordinating with all trades to meet a firm opening deadline.
